Ingredients

3 pounds chicken breasts (with skin and bones)

1 1/3 cups water

2 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 16 ounce package frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained

1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

1 1/4 cups soft bread crumbs
Directions
1. Place chicken in a large skillet with the water. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
2. Drain chicken; cool and cut into cubes, discarding skin and bones.
3. For sauce, combine soup, mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs, half of the cheese, the lemon juice, curry powder, and pepper.
4. Combine broccoli, chicken, and half of the sauce. Turn mixture into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Spread with remaining sauce.
5. Combine the remaining cheese and bread crumbs and the melted butter; sprinkle over sauce.
6. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree F oven
for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
